My Fitness Journey

I fell in love with fitness through dance. Attending a dance wellness program for college, I was able to see the significance of training the body for peak performance but also for quality of life. There is a power of movement that can't be seen to the naked eye, but felt.
Through many resistance bands and treadmill runs I found that fitness looks different for everyone. I also found that pushing my body doesn't have to resemble bootcamp. Been there done that! However, It can be fun! It should be fun. That's how I'm able to push past my limits and help others to do the same.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor, I have worked with clients of all ages, all genders and from various backgrounds.
Train with Me
Due to Covid-19, I am currently teaching online classes via Zoom. Classes offered are 305 Fitness Cardio, Strength and Conditioning.
